equalizer jacks

we have them on are mh. both front go down at the same time then backs are separate. my ? is when I level front to back ok then side to side only can lift back . thinking i'm twisting frame. I called equalizer replayed back wright away, I sent pictures of motor and they said I could separate them. just wondering pro & cons

Bob,

Our Power Gear jacks work the exact same way. Ours are designed that way . Instructions for our jacks say, dump the air bags, raise the front of the coach a couple of inches with the front jacks, then level front to back, left or right with the back jacks. The reason to lift the front jacks a bit is to allow them to adjust to the back jacks right or left movement. This procedure will not bend the frame. I suspect yours might work the same way.
