Exhaust Scavenging System

Anyone used this exhaust scavenging system? It sell for about $1,600 and used fans to get rid of exhaust rather than duals or headers. I have a 2002 Winnie with dual exhaust, and wonder if I am going to get $1,600 worth of difference. Thanks for any info.
