I went to WW website and filled in my info....4 or 5 days later they gave me a call and asked some particulars about my used class c (FW Majestic 23a). Was told they would immediately sent me a quote.
Another 4 or 5 days went by when I got a phone call asking if I had any questions about the quote they sent me. Informed them I never received one. Apologized and said they would FWD me the original email immediately.
Waited 45 minutes and called them back. Told them I still hadn't received my quote. Apologized once again, and 5 minutes later a quote was in my mailbox. Someone typed "FWD" in the subj line....but it wasn't a forwarded email.
Opened quote and it turns out it was a quote for someone else. Replied back
'Who is Bob" (my names not Bob) and did he get MY quote for his Fleetwood.
4 days later again got an email response with MY correct quote. Interestingly enough, it was the same price as Bob's
Both quotes which were sent to me were for 4 years with Cornerstone. Responded back that the warranty being offered by Cruise America is the same 4 year Cornerstone policy, but CA's is $900 cheaper.
Haven't heard back from them yet....guess in a couple more days
