Looking at ex wa for my 2008 Kountry Star using Cornerstone Unlimited
CU is very expensive, financially strong, good BBB status and no state regulator
complaints but I'm interested how they handled claims from policyholders Anyone out there have experience w/CU?

I have a Cornerstone policy that covers the coach only. The chassis is not covered. This summer I had a problem with the basement air on the coach. The duct that runs up between the back wall of the coach and the back fiberglass cap of the coach. The duct had opened up in a spot that was inaccessable by me. In order to make the repairs the back fiberglass cap had to be removed. I called the RV dealer and they contacted Cornerstone. Conerstone then authorized the repairs. The $2000 cost was covered by Cornerstone and I had to pay $100 deductable. As with any warrenty (unless it is an emergency) you have to get authorization before proceeding with the work.
