Fixed pesky drawer latch!

I have a drawer under each of my dinette seats that open during travel. The drawers are large and heavy and no amount of Velcro would hold them closed. I was unable to find exact



replacements for the broken latches so I went to the baby section of Walmart. I installed a magnetic child-proof lock on each drawer and they work like a charm. They can be disabled while parked and locked with a flick of a switch. Since I use them for linen storage they are rarely used. I put the magnetic "key" in the kitchen drawer across from the dinette. The kit came with 4 latches, so I have two more for future latch repair for $20.

THink I wil try that on closet door. I have been fighting that door forever this could be the fix. Thanks for sharing
