I have recently purchased a 02 Fleetwood Storm on a Workhorse Chassis... It appears that there were mounting brackets for levelers but never installed. Can anyone tell me what brand of levelers were added to the 02 Storm?

gwcisme welcome to irv2.
Most of us have the HWH leverlers on our chassis. Four of them not sure Fleetwood puts in four or three in the center up front like my 96 Bounder had. If you get them have four installed. CW installs the or if you have a HWH Dealer near you they can do the job.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

To the best if my knowledge, in 2002 Fleetwood was using hyd. jacks made by Power Gear. Our 2003 Southwind (late 2002 chassis) has these jacks. A few years later they were installing electric jacks made by Atwood. I recently read they are now using electric jacks made by Power Gear.

If I was going to add hydraulic levelers, versus electric, I would go with Big Foot by Quadra. Each jack has it's own pump and reservoir. Therefore you don't have yards and yards of hoses to run, only wiring. This also makes them easy to transfer to a new coach someday. In over a decade I never had one issue with the Big Foot jacks.

Plus (big PLUS)the jacks are power down AND power back up. No crawling under the rig to pry a jack out of the mud, loosen up a stuck jack, and no external springs to rust out.

I strongly suggest you avoid HWH. I currently have HWH and as you can read on these forums, they are a maintenance headache. Mine has leaky fittings and the rear ones take an eternity to retract. Mostly because the return springs have to push that hydraulic fluid 30+ feet to the front mounted resrevoir tank.

I second the Bigfoot levelers. I put a set on my 5th wheel (well I had them installed) and they are great.

While I was at a Camping World store I inquired about having the Bigfoot levelers put on our 06 Fleetwood Jamboree 31M. All the parts and labor for the Manual about 3k for the Auto 4K.

I an buy and awful lot of leveling blocks for that amount. Not sure how much of it was labor but it seems pretty pricey to me.

How hard are they to put on?
