Tip of the day: If you need a replacement Flexsteel part, first get a price from your RV dealer then call Flexsteel at 563-556-7730 and ask for Colleen who does Motorhome furniture customer support. Have the build ticket for the piece of furniture in hand. The build ticket can be found underneath stuck in the seat springs or a similar location.
You will be AMAZED at the money you will save by buying direct from Flexsteel instead of through your RV manufacturer.

Here it is three and a half years later, and I called Flexsteel, and Colleen is still there. The problem when ordering from them is the only way she can ship a part is UPS COD. There must be somebody to pay for the part when UPS delivers it, plus there is a $10 COD fee. She can't take your credit card over the phone. Since we are on the road, that doesn't work for us.
She did give me the Flexsteel part number for the switch I need, and she suggested calling Camping World. I did that, and they are shipping it to our mail drop up in South Dakota. Their total price was within a dollar of what Flexsteel's was once you include the $10 COD fee from UPS.
Thanks for the phone number and Colleen's name.

Happy to report Colleen is still on the job helping RVers. Great support from Flexsteel and iRv2 is a great forum for sharing things we all need to know.
