Floor register/vents

I ned to replace the bronze metal floor register/vents in my 2005 Holiday Rambler Admiral. They are starting to loosing their bronze coating and rusting. I have searched the internet trying to find direct replacements and have contacted HR but no response.

So I am once again asking the great folks on here to help me. I need 5 and the opening in the floor is 2 x 10.

Hope I gave all the needed info to help, Thanks!!

We replaced some of ours with ones from either Lowe's or Home Depot. We get a lot of stuff there for the RV along with the auto parts stores.
Take measurements or take the part with you to the store and look for something that you want.

PyrateSilly offers some good advice. The big box stores should have what you are looking for. If not try a heating/ac contractor and see if they can get what you need. Have you tried Camping World?? Or another would be PPL motorhomes site. They have a lot of parts and are a great place to order from. Good Luck.

X2! I replaced my plain-Jane brown registers with some nice brushed nickel one sourced from my local ACE Hardware.

While there, get a spray can of clear lacquer to add more coats to the vents to protect them from floor traffic and rust.

I just googled floor registers and there are a bunch of suppliers. You may not be limited with a 2 x10 inch opening. Most coaches I have encountered have a wide trough that the air comes from the furnace. Take a register up and feel under there and see how much space you have. Winnebago has a 14 inch wide space.

I found a source of 4*8 inch floor vents for a friends travel trailer by searching mobile home shops. I found these odd size vents at Mobile Home Parts Store ISP is Mobile Home Parts Store. You might give them a try.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

I replaced my floor vents with ones with dampers from home depot. You can get plastic or metal. I had to drill my own holes in the new ones.

That's the first thing I did to my new Challenger when I brought it home. These were found at home depot. I put bronze in the salon and silver in the bathroom and bedroom. They also have a built in balancer
