FMCA's Fuel Discount Card

Just saw this. I like the idea of loading the card for purchases. Love's, FJ and Pilot are not included. More tier two stations.

Once again a FMCA "benefit" with limitations and strings attached, like there "unlimited internet" plans.

Received a PDF for me to fill out from the FMCA vendor - TCS.



Looks like they want last four digits of my SSN and DOB. I responded, questioning the four digits and waiting for an reply.



After this PDF they will send a document to sign via Docusign.

It's a preloaded debit card so a credit check shouldn't be necessary; you must put money on the card for it to work.

Putting enough money on the card, and well in advance of the need, is the biggest issue I have with this scheme compared to the TSD card discussed on another thread. Just my opinion.
