SE-GI windows I think are what the poster is referring to. I am not certain if this is what is being requested but certainly give it a try:
1 · Suncoast Designers · (727) 868-2777
15050 Labor Pl, Hudson ·
Does anyone know of one closer to New Mexico for a like repair?
I looked for a website but found none.
We have SE-GI windows in our Beaver and have a lot of snaking. Poor craftsmanship and shoddy construction. I think SE-GI may have gone out of business recently.
Good luck, Phil

Joe,
I reread your post and have no clue about the NE as you can well see. Sorry, looks like we are in the same fix, just different ends of the Country.

It's such a shame about the SE-GI windows and all the problems with them for the past 12 years. There has been talk of a class action suit for a long time but no action. The SE-GI windows were installed as original equipment on many high-end RVs and just about all of them have ended up with the snaking problem. I'm sitting here looking at three windows with snaking problem.
The most serious problem is when the snaking occurs on the side windows where the driver has to look out left and right. When the snaking eventually reaches a critical stage and the seal is broken then the entire window fogs and is a serious safety hazard. Bummer!

Yes, we've got the same snaking problem in our Safari. I called SE-GI about 6 years ago to see what could be done, they would have nothing to do with fixing them at their expense (or even at a reduced cost). I'd be in on a class action suit, but the way things are today, it's unlikely anyone would get anything out of it.

We had the same issues with the Se-Gi's in our 2000 coach but fortunately Se-Gi worked with us in replacing all but 2 of our windows. The sent me the windows under warranty, however I paid shipping and installed them myself. The last 2 were the cockpit windows and when I called Se-Gi they no longer stocked that style and it would cost over $800 per window to fabricate. I contacted a company in Vancouver WA, "Motion Windows" and on one of our trips to northern WA we stopped in and had the cockpit windows replaced with some modifications at an out the door price of $1,200. It's a family owned and operated business and they did a great job. Here's a link to their website if anyone's interested:

Check some local glass companies - they should be able to replace the glass in the window (rather than the whole window) for around $200 each.

One thing that I have learned is, never use a pressure washer on these windows. This will break down the seal and cause them to fog up.
