I use 2 white aluminum folding marine chairs under the awning or around the fire at our site. They were about $145 each 9 years ago from west marine. They are well made and soft on the behind. My bride and I sit outside most days while enjoying the wildlife/neighbors. We use a cheap folding chair from Harbor Freight with attached table to meet at a friends site.

We bought the cabela's zero-gravity XL lounger on sale last year for $49.99 I think they're $59 now. We also bought some upright director chairs at Costco w/ fold out table for $29.00. Then of course we have the fold up and put into a bag chairs for fishing, we used to use this type all the time but they are really uncomfortable after sitting around the campfire for a couple of hours.

I like the look and quality of the Strongback chair, but have a question. Is there a bar under the front edge of the seat or is it just material. I can't tell by the pictures. Some chairs have a tube under the front edge that puts pressure on the back of your thighs.
