Folding Camp Chairs...

Not sure if this is the right forum... but what do y'all use for folding chairs.

The folding ones we have now are terribly uncomfortable (the were freebies from work).

I have seen the zero gravity... etc.

What do you guys use and like!

thanks, Mal

We love our Picnic Time Reclining Camp Chairs. Larger than most and support up to 300lbs. Very comfortable www.picnictime.com/reclining-camp-chair.html

Last year from Costco we picked up two camp chairs, wife got a rocker I got a recliner. Their both very comfortable. Trouble with Costco if you don't get them when you see them they won't be there the next time your there.

I'm a wide bodied guy so I use these. Perfect height and weight rating. LOL.

They are more difficult to stow because they don't fold up that small, but I can get them in my pass through cubbies easily.

Many moons ago, before I bought this 2005 RV, I picked up a couple of directors chairs from COSTCO..

They are basically identical to what Melmoses uses.

Costco currently has camp chairs with attached side table. They are very comfortable and are rated for 300 lbs.

We have 2 zero gravity chairs and 2 director chairs. We use the director chairs most of the time.

We have a couple oversize zero gravity chairs from Kohls. They were in sale last fall under $40. Also a couple fold up camp chairs.

We have lots of camp chairs from cheap to expensive, even the high end Lafuma recliners but the best ones and the only ones we travel with come from

Strongback chairs.

The Elite Model is what we got and they are are awesome, the only ones that give great back support and are easy to get out of.

At the last party I was at, every time I got up someone would just try out the chair, and liked it so much they wondered what is was and where I got it.

DO not buy from Amazon! The reseller there said they had them in stock and took my money for two but and claimed they shipped two but only shipped one, an earlier model. I did get a refund from Amazon and then went direct with the Manufacturuer.

So it wasn't Amazon, it was the reseller that treated you poorly, and Amazon made it right. So why lambaste Amazon? Post the name of the reseller-- it should be all over your shipping docs-- so others can avoid them...... while ordering from Amazon!

Good point, sorry I gave the wrong impression, Amazon stepped in and refunded my money, and gave me a $5.00 credit for my troubles.

The reseller was: DNA Response.

They still never answered any of my emails or questions. Beware.

I've never had a case where Amazon didn't make it right.

I use the Pico chair. They fold up to the size of a big laptop. You can store six of them in a very compact space.
