Fresh water sensor went crazy. I think.

Several days ago the fresh water sensor showed only about 1/3 full (100 gal capacity). We like to travel with a little bit in case of an emergency. Yesterday it was showing full! I know sensors for black and grey can go nuts, but fresh water?

Anyways, as far as I know we only have gravity fill capability so doubt the tank just filled itself. But possible? Have tried to find the fresh water drain but can't seem to locate a valve which will empty the tank. Is it possible that the water pump has to be on for the tank to be drained?

Unlike our old Bounder which had a very visible water tank, alas not the case with our Siena. I thought about just turning on the outside shower and dispensing water until pump no longer pushes water.

Did it show full while hooked to city water? If so, you may have a leaking check valve inside your pump. Some of them can be rebuilt but others the whole pump has to be replaced.

Bill, is there an outside door that gives you access to one end of the tanks? My freshwater tank is opaque so I can see the water level in it.
