Fresh Water Tank Filling by Itself???

Our freshwater tank is filling up with no help from me. I changed out the bypass valve today but that did not stop it. Any ideas?????

Probably the check valves in the water pump. Put an external check valve between the pump and the FW tank and it will prevent water from backing up into the tank when connected to city water.

I had this happen even after changing out the Anderson 4-way 'Kantleak' valve cartridge several time... so I installed a water line 'cutoff' handle between the valve and the water tank inlet. No more 'ghost' filling, but just have to remember to turn it ON when using the city water FILL or using the water PUMP.
