Freshwater Tank access panel 07 Winney 40kd Tour

I Need forum members help in finding an access panel to the freshwater tank to install a Seelevel tank sensor. Tank is mounted between frame rails near the front 1/3rd of Motorhome and I only see one access panel that has ac wires and water overflow vents on the long side of the tanks. Plumbing schematic shows that the factory sensors are mounted on the rearward, short end, but metal panel is covering all of the tank sides. Anyone installed one in Winnebago class A Tour. Thanks in advance for any help.

Most Winnebago's fresh water tanks are over the rear axle and lifting the fender skirt is necessary to gain access.
