Running on a flat tire caused no damage to the tire or adjacent tire? I don't think so. You got away lucky.
Tire looked fine. I did pull over and put on the spare. The point is without someone telling me I had a flat, I would not have known and probably ruined 2 tires and the underside of the coach. I guess I was lucky. Now I rely on the tpms to let me know asap.
