They are harmless tree frogs. Kids love to play with them.
True story: a friend's 4 year old daughter wandered off from our campsite. When we found her, she had filled her pockets with frogs. It is now 40 years later and we still call her "creature feature".

Since they don't "fly" up and stick on the windows, I would suggest a light dusting of chili powder down low on the RV. I can't imagine they would like that much. If they do, let them hang out until snack time for some tasty frog legs.
