I would also suggest the Love's app if you would like to start the pump from your phone.

Both apps are sort of necessary, if you want all the options. The Loves app to start the pump from your phone, and the EFS app to be able to view the transactions immediately after pumping.

I asked about the TSD phone app, it is not useable
From Joy, "You can't use the TSD app, that is for the trucking side of the company. It allows them to send in BOL's. Has nothing to do with fuel."

You need the EFS Card Control App, and not the EFS Carrier Control app.

I fueled up today for the first time at the big boys pumps (Loves). The pump did not go as fast as I was expecting it to. I did have to wait until the driver in the truck in front of me came back from somewhere. I choose the wrong truck to get behind. I was surprised that one pump had bio-diesel and the other pump had Diesel #2. I choose Diesel #2.
Is there any way to bypass the 20 questions at the Loves pump and just pump diesel? I used the EFS card instead of the Love app to start the pump.

You need to add the EFS card to your Loves app. Find the wallet feature in the Loves app - that's where you add the card.
Once you have the card added to the Loves app, you can use the Loves app to start the pump and not have to answer all the questions at the pump.

I have the Love app installed, but I figured being I was at the pump I would just use the card instead.
One more question about the pump configuration. There were two pump lanes at the end that looked different from the other ones. They were empty when I pulled up, but I did not want to go where I would have to back out. They had yellow bollards by them. It was not the scales. They were at the other end.
What are these pump lanes?

You don't need to use the app. TSD provides a list of stations with discounts, so if you are concerned about app permissions, just don't use the EFS app.

Although we seldom get an opportunity to travel these days, this appears to be a good deal.
For me there is a downside, my MH has the automobile size fuel caps, then the fuel tank (no neck) makes a 90° bend about 4" below the cap; the large truck nozzles flow volume makes refueling a tedious task if I do not position the nozzle just right(upsidedown).
Does the card expire from non-use?

I tried to fuel today for the first time using the Love's app after answering 20 questions i clicked on begin fueling and the pump never turned on. I then tried using my EFS card and still couldn't get past selecting truck ,ref,or def. so I finally got the transaction cancelled and left.

I have my EFS card loaded into the wallet of the Love's ap and it would not turn on the pump
