If someone fueled just before you their payment may not have gone through to clear their transaction off the pump.

Although we seldom get an opportunity to travel these days, this appears to be a good deal.
For me there is a downside, my MH has the automobile size fuel caps, then the fuel tank (no neck) makes a 90 bend about 4" below the cap; the large truck nozzles flow volume makes refueling a tedious task if I do not position the nozzle just right(upsidedown).

Does the card expire from non-use?
Ray, I have not seen anything about the card expiring. The way it is set up with TSD taking percentage of the savings I don't know why they would expire the card. It either provides them with income, or not. Should be no skin off their records.

As for your small fuel opening, several years ago I saw a device that could be used by inserting it into the small opening with a larger opening for the bigger truck stop nozzles.

Edited: Found this

You can always ask the staff at the fuel desk for help. They are usually pretty good with making the app and the pump play nice together.

I went back just now and took my time and everything worked as it should, I guess I was in too big of a hurry the first time worrying about the guy behind me. the TSD fuel discount program is a wonderful program for us RVers. we save a lot and they will save by the increased usage allowing them to make better deals with the suppliers.

One more question about the pump configuration. There were two pump lanes at the end that looked different from the other ones. They were empty when I pulled up, but I did not want to go where I would have to back out. They had yellow bollards by them. It was not the scales. They were at the other end.

What are these pump lanes?
I have noticed that at most of the Love's that have a tire shop, they have one lane set up as a "TirePass" lane. They check the tires for wear, air pressure, etc. while the trucker is fueling. The driver gets a written report when their done. It is located on the first inside lane. It has a call box like at the scales that you talk to the tires shop to request the service. That lane has yellow arms that block the lane until the tire shop opens it.

WOW! got my first price sheet from TSD. The 9/10/2019 TA Jessup MD store #5018 pump price $3.59, TSD price $2.60 that's a $0.99 difference PER GALLON!

Actual TSD RVer price paid is $2.69, saving is $0.90 per gallon.

Fill up my usual amount of 125 gallons savings would be $112 on the first fill up

When do you start receiving the price sheets. I got the paper versions of my card yesterday and should receive my card in a few days. When do the price sheets start coming? I assume by email?

When you receive your card you will get a website link and password to view the pricing.

On edit: If they are in the process of sending your card you could probably email Tara at TRape@tsdinc.com and ask her for the website and password info.

BobGed is correct, I couldn't wait for the mail, I emailed Joy today and within minutes she emailed me back with the web site and my passcode. I have been signed up since last Friday when I got the "call" finished up with TSD for my account

I fueled up for the first time on Monday and I got my fuel statement the next day. What is the $2.00 Fuel Access Fee?

Just received my call today from Melissa at TSD. I will be receiving my TSD card in a week, meanwhile I will get an email version to use right away.
Looking forward to the savings, and a BIG thank you to the OP for the heads up about what looks to be a fantastic program!
BTW, I noticed most of you have talked with Tara. As I said, I talked with Melissa. I don't recall anyone mentioning her. Have any of you heard from her also? Perhaps they've added personnel to handle volume of work?

You should have been notified of access to TSD's website where they are posting the daily price info. (see post #345).
