I think it's great that you obtained a partial refund of the repairs made to your motorhome, it's amazing how much clout Motorhome Magazine has with the RV industry. Since I'm a trailer person, I regularly read a similar piece, the "RV Action Line", in TRAILER LIFE magazine with much interest. Often, readers will obtain well deserved relief from recalcitrant RV industry businesses after the "Action Line's" intervention.
A few years back, the Administrators at iRV2.com discussed providing such an "Action Line" service to our members but unfortunately had to abandon our desire because we didn't have a qualified volunteer member to handle such an endeavor. I'm always delighted to learn of an RV'r getting what's due them from a business who has either given shoddy service, cheated a member, or sold a bad product and won't step up to the plate to do what's right.
