You really have no choice but to run what is available. I dont even think about it, just fill and go and so far i'm not stopped along side the road except to pee.

But unless you have a separate, dedicated tank for your generator (as refrigerated trucks do for their refrigeration systems) you are still breaking the law and subject to a ticket and a rather substantial fine. Just sayin'!
