My older 95 ford class C had an emergency fuel pump inertia switch to shut off the pump in case of an accident. I believe this was a common Ford safety measure in the 90s. It had a red reset button and was located in the vicinity of the passenger side knee area under the dash or side panel. I recall some discussions that these switches may spontaneously open. Look for it and try a reset.
Good luck
Marty
