Gas Struts on Basement Doors

I installed 20 new struts on the basement doors today. It is soooo nice to not have to hold open the doors with my head or shoulder or hunt the vice grips anymore. Life is good thanks to Strut Your Stuff and Ebay.

Mine were 13 yrs. old and all were bad. I kept putting it of mainly because of cost but decided to bite the bullet and do them all at once. Took about 2hrs. and the price was a lot better than I expected. $232.00 delivered to my door. Installation was a breeze. Wish I hadn't waited so long.
