Would bad batteries, meaning not holding a charge or not fully charging effect the gauages from not coming on even thou other things like wipers, signals and things like that work? They where working but then they stopped and now just odometer readings are flashing on and off!

Your IP cluster fuse may have blown. Check your coach fuse panel to see if you have one.

I see in your profile that you have an HR. I've had my gauges quit on me also. Not sure what the cause is but on my HR in order to reset it I have to disconnect (using the shutoff in the battery compartment) the chassis battery for a few minutes. Turn back on and gauges worked.

Thanks, I have turned power off but not for very long, I will try that!
The fuse is good, tach isn't working either......

I have had that happen on automobiles and light trucks where a marginal battery would prevent the speedometer, tach etc from functioning.

Had one where everything looked good from putting a meter on it or even initially with the charger however my diagnostic charger showed that the battery had faults 4-6 hours into the charging cycle. That was on a spiral cell glass mat (AGM) battery.
