I know the genturi system is used on generator exhaust systems. Has anyone heard of or have experience using it on an aqua-hot exhaust system?

The Genturi is approved for use by Aquahot. I don't have any first hand experience although I do use the Genturi for the generator when parked close to someone while dry camping.

Aqua-Hot approved the use of the Camco Gen-turi in January 2009. There is a service bulletin available.
If anyone would like a copy, send me a personal email.

The only thing is that the AquaHot and generator have differnt pipe diameters. Once you get the right size adaptor you are good to go. GenTuri also makes an 18" extension which I recommend in order to get the fumes up over the top of the roof. The GenTuri must have been invented before coaches were this tall.

If you've ever been to a rally dry camping, the Genturi is a GREAT product to keep your (diesel) generator fumes out from your neighbor's coach. I highly recommend using this product so you can be a 'good neighbor'.
If the Aqua Hot folks say it's approved, I recommend it's use!

It's also for keeping generator exhaust fumes out of your own coach, which is why we have one.
Couldn't bear to drill holes in our sidewalls for the little support brackets, so we use bungee cords and big suction cups.

We had a Genturi with the coach when we purchased it used. Not long after some boondocking, we got another one for the Aqua-Hot exhaust too. I have seen some pics here of folks who are good at metal work and have made a manifold for both the generator and the AH to share one stack. Mine are so far apart, we just got a second.

All I needed to convert my Genturi for use from my generator to my Hydro Hot system was one pipe adapter from a Auto Zone store for $2.00........Very simple setup!
