Sorry can't help you, my brain wasn't in gear last night saw Giant RV and thought you meant General RV in Michigan.

You are not getting much response. I can't help much but can tell you what I know. My information is about seven years old however.
I had service work done at Giant RV in Redlands. They did a good job, had to go back once but that is not unusual for RV repair. The were big, friendly, well organized then and I was satisfied in the end. The small problem I had with one repair was handled fairly and quickly. It was warranty work so price was not an issue for me suffice it to say RV dealers charge a bundle for an hourly rate and it adds up quickly.
If you are looking at a new RV then Giant Rv did not make the RV so you can check specifics on whatever it is you are buying from the manufacturers website. You can also get others on this site who own the same rig to respond. The more specifics you have the better responses you will get.
If you are wondering about the efficacy of Giant RV, are they honest, fair, loyal to customers. Well maybe Angies list may have something for you. The have been around in the business for a long time so whatever you want to read into longevity in a tough business.
But if you like the rig and it is used you can get a sense of pricing fairness by asking here about specific rigs. You can also opt for getting what ever you want to buy inspected by a third party of your chosing. If Giant RV or any other would balk at that inspection you may just walk away.
There are lots of RV's out there for sale and it is a buyers market so you have many options of where and what to buy.

We purchased two units thru the years at Giant in San Bernardino, I would rate them as "Fair" not bad, not excellent. The last unit was bought at the Pomona Fall RV Show, and delivered at the Montclair location, really not good. The prep was lousy, propane tank empty and the holding tanks full. Up to that point my impression was OK. However the last unit never say a Giant RV facility, the factory and local chassis shops did all the work.
In my opinion, this is why manufacturer support is so important.

BBB gives them a "C" rating (A thru F)... Googled them "Giant RV, Murrieta CA REVIEWS" and found several reviews - most were not complimentary.

I would never go to Giant RV in Corona,CA. I made a deal with them one day. They called me up the next day and said the salesman had made a mistake on the interest rate charges and they needed to charge a higher interest. I have a very high FICA score.
I purchased the motorhome anyway. The next day I called the Bank and asked for the pay off amount and wrote out a check, payment in full. The Bank told me they could offer me a lower interese rate. I was still mad at how they tried to scam me. I still paid off the unit. I won, Giant RV & the Bank lost. Shop around there are lot's of good deals out there.
