Girard Awning Out of Business?

I tried to Google Girard RV Awning and it looks like their company site is no longer operational. Are they still in business?

Thanks a lot.
I was curious as to whether the cups on the anemometer that automatically closes an awning were replaceable. One of my cups broke off. I called them and they asked if the base of the anemometer was black or white. He said that the black ones required replacement of the whole unit and the newer ones that have a white base have replaceable cups. Mine is black so it will require a whole unit. The old style is $97 and the new style is $147. The good thing about the new style is that the replacement cups are $37. This will be the second anemometer that has had to be replaced because of broken cups, so I think I will get the new style.
