Sounds like your selling dealer did not use the installation kit for securing it to the floor. Mine had some kind of bracket at the back and two smaller ones at the front to fasten it to the floor.

Use ours all the time. We boondock a lot and I would rather haul water, fresh & grey than go to and sit in a laundromat. You can throw a load in whenever it suits your time and don't need to plan the "big trip". Uses about 15 gallons a load.
