Good Sam insurance

Does anyone else have problems getting their refund using Good Sam storage policy? When I put my RV in storage & call them & tell them it is in storage & have to call 2 or 3 times & wait 6+ weeks for a refund. That is not what I was promised when I bought their policy. Does anyone know another insurance company that will let you do what Good Sam was supposed to do. Thanks.

We've got Good Sam/National General insurance on our MH and 4 cars....great rates, also no difficulty getting the "in storage" refund, but it takes a month or more to receive it.

Does your policy offer a time-frame for the storage clause refund? When you called, what was the time-frame they stated? One irv2.com member set up his policy so his 6 month premium comes due when he puts his MH in storage for 6 months. He said it works out very well.
