X2 what ImagesByHawk wrote. We have had great service over more than 10 yrs with Coach-net. They seem to understand problems inherent in towing heavier motorhomes. But you need to educate yourself about what class wrecker you need to tow your coach, and the proper methods in order to tell the dispatcher. Also, if memory serves me you may have a choice in certain situations--you may choose to have a mechanic respond and attempt to fix your problem immediately, or you may have your coach towed. But not both. Unless you know your coach can be fixed easily, then get it towed since once the fix doesn't work, the tow is on you. You need to know the size and weight of your coach, and whether or not you need a lowboy only tow. In other words you must be prepared.
