Great deal on Great Ipod control

dgerstel Senior Member Alpine Owners Club Join Date: Dec 2001 Location: Las Vegas, NV Posts: 1,085	I use my Ipod or Iphone to listen to audio books while traveling. I plug it into the Aux input on the dash audio system. I always thought it would be nice to be able to control the Ipod/phone without having to handle it. I found this unit on sale at Amazon.com and got one to try. Amazon.com: Harman Kardon DP 1US Drive and Play In-Vehicle Interface and Controller: Electronics It will not charge the late model Ipods, but does an outstanding job of controlling and displaying what is going on with the Ipod. I like is so well that I got a second one for the tow car. I have installed 2 Ipod control accessories in the van and neither would control the latest Ipod or Iphone, causing me to have to always have to hold the Ipod to control it. __________________ Dale Gerstel 2007 Limited SE 40fdts Las Vegas, NV
