Great service from Koni of America

I decided to replace my F53 OEM front shocks with Koni's because of all the great things I have read about them on this forum. I tried everywhere I could think of to get them, online, RV shops, etc, but everyone said they are on back order and I would be lucky if I got them by the end of the year. No one could seem to give me a definite answer as to when I would receive them if I ordered them now.
I called Koni of America today and spoke to customer relations. The rep (Kim) was very nice. She said they had just received a shipment but they were all spoken for and said she would check to see when the next shipment would arrive. She then said "oh, that's too long" and stated if I would like to buy a set directly from Koni she would take a set promised to a wholesaler and sell them to me. I couldn't get my credit card out fast enough!
Sure I had to pay full retail but I must say the service I received from Koni of America was outstanding.
