When I was getting my $2800 scratch repaired at the RV body shop, the foreman fixed mine up with some treated pine cut into a 1/2" x 3" block of wood that he pop riveted to the end of my gutter spouts...in this way, if I bump anything they will just safely rotate out of the way with no damage, and the treated pine almost matches my green color..a very good easy mod
