I used vinegar @ 100% and filled the the water heater (only) for a week.Flushed the tank and thought that was the"end of it"-----NOT! For the next week of use,I was rewarded with the darnedest collection of granular stuff that plugged the aerator screens at all the faucets. Probably better there than in the water heater.Another time I will know what to expect.
