Awning pull to retrieve items in the bays...

Rather than building or buying slides I use the awning pull. It is plenty long and I just pull the baskets to the door. It will hook onto chairs or whatever.

I just made a full width slide using surplus garage door track. At the local garage door service, I bought some used trck and rollers for about $70 and a 4x8' piece of 3/4' plywood. came out pretty well. It will slide about 4' out each side.

Do you have any pictures? Garage door track seems to be a great idea!
