We just had a MaxxFan installed, and are really happy with it so far, except for one thing. At our most recent hookup, several times during the evening it activated itself.

The automatic setting was off each time and the set temperature was higher than the coach temp, so it shouldn't have been cycling to auto-cool the interior. The only thing we can think is that there's another MaxxFan nearby and ours is picking up the remote signal, or there's some other sort of signal it's intercepting. It's not a huge problem, but it's kind of annoying! Has anyone else experienced a haunted MaxxFan?

REMOTE CONTROL PDF
In this PDF it says you can program, transmisson signal, remote to control more than one MAXXFAN, maybe if you change code you could have more control for your fan and other fan in area could not haunt it.
