Hawkins Motor Coach Inc.

Has anyone heard of these motorhomes? My neighbor has a 1993 Aerosport II model and it is beautiful.

He has very little information on it and is looking for more. I too am very curious about the history of the company because it looks to be very well made with all the bells and whistles.

So why aren't they still in business? I would buy one!

High quality rig and well regarded. I don't know anything about them otherwise. Sorry.

Here is a link to an article in the FMC magazine

1995_HMC_FMCA_Article

There are links to brochures at the bottom of the article that provides lots of history on the coach.

Ain't the internet a wonderful tool!!!

I had one and loved it, very well built and hated to see it go at the time. There is a yahoo group about them with lots of good info. When I compare my National's built quality to the my old Hawkins, its night and day, I like the national but the Hawkins was just solid.
