Had a problem with heat this weekend. Set the thermostat in the living area to heat, everything works fine. At night set the thermostat in the bed room to heat, nothing happens, heat does not come on. Checked the A/C operation from the thermostat and that works fine, it's just the heat that will not come on. Took the cover off and checked the small fuse inside, that is still OK. Any suggestions will be appreciated...I'm thinking I might just need to replace the thwermostat.

I didnt realize that your MH has two thermostats, thats an interesting setup, could you tell me how far they are apart, and how does one overide the other? I know I'm not helping you uch ,it is just thst I'm curious.

What's the heat source for the bedroom? Is it a separate LPG furnace in the bedroom or heat strips in the rear a/c?

Hard to guess with this little bit of info whether the problem is the t-stat or the heat source.

The two thermostats are about 6-7 feet apart...it's set up so that if the bedroom door is closed and it gets cold the heat will come on even if the living area is still warm..they work independently of each other but the duct work is all connected...if the living room thermostat calls for heat...we will still get heat from the floor register in the bedroom...it all works off the same LP furnace

It's very easy to see if it's the T-stat. Take off the cover of the T-stat and find the two wires coming in. Short across them, if the heat comes on the T-Stat is bad, if it doesn't the problem is elsewhere.
