Help, Blinking Battery Warning Light

Hey, I noticed today while driving home from a camping trip--the battery warning light blinks on and off if I am pushing the MH as in passing gear,etc..--any other time it does not light up/blink---no issues with starting---do you think its the alternator, and if so--why does it only blink when the engine is under a strain?---Vince

I'd first check the alternator belt to see if it is loose or glazed.

Do you have a voltage gauge as well as the light ?
If so is the voltage high or low when the light is blinking ?
High volts could be a regulator problem , low volts , possible belt as mentioned.
Batteries in good shape ? Connections ?
