Don't know anything about their track record with large size tires, but they have been around quite awhile awhile. They market private label tires, i.e. have a tire factory build tires for them with their brand name on the sidewall.

Have you read the comany info on their website?
Hercules Tire & Rubber Company

How do their prices compare to Bridgestone, Continental, Yokahoma, Toyo, etc.? These top name brands are usually priced well below Michelin or Goodyear RV tires and you get the comfort of a nationally recognized brand name and dealers most everywhere if there should be a problem.

The prices on Hecules were over $100 per tire cheaper...Hercules $337.50 out the door, Goodyear G662 $493...Goodyear G670 $580 and Michilen X2A3 $591...the only other tire close in price was Firestone FS507 @ $382...but Firestone makes me nervous because of all their bad publicity......as you can see, there is a significant difference....I see where Cooper makes Hercules domestically...the two dealers I am most comfortable with in my area have had a challange finding 16ply H rated in any brands available to them, like Kumho, Toyo, etc.
