Honda 2000 wiring

How would u wire a honda 2000 to 50 amp service. Dumb uh? In Quartzsite we had JUST PAID for another two weeks at BLM land, only $40, then our new HRVACATIONER's generator died. I carry the honda when we boon dock, not often.
I know its dumb! Thinking of just using the 12v side to keep the batteries up?

A Honda 2000 won't produce 50 amps. If what your trying to do is plug the generator into the 50 extension, you need a 120 v plug adaptor at any RV store. Doing this, you won't be able to do much more than charge your batteries and watch TV. Turn everything off that draws allot of juice.

Buy the adapters and plug it in. You can't run your air conditioning but could run your battery charger, and other small appliances such as TV, microwave (if nothing else with a big draw is running). It's certainly keep your batteries charged. You probably could run you motor home engine to charge the batteries faster than the Honda.
