When ever I fill up the main water tank and move the coach, I see a water trail on the pavement. It is coming from the hot water tank.
It stops dripping at about 1/2 tank in main water tank. It only drips when coach is moved.
Any ideas?

Water leaks are sometimes hard to locate because the water can run along a pipe or structural member for some distance from the point of the leak before it actually appears. This would fit with your statement that it only drips when the coach is moved. The water may be pooling somewhere until the motion of the coach causes it to drip.

If the leak is in the water system after the pump (including the hot water tank), the pump will cycle periodically even with all the faucets off. The pump will be trying to restore pressure lost because of the leak.

If the leak occurs while the pump is off or if it occurs while the pump is on but the pump does not cycle, then the leak is probably somewhere before the pump, including the fresh water tank. Since it seems to be related to the water level in the fresh water tank I suspect the fresh water tank may be the problem.

Good luck and let us know what you find.

Check the vent for the freshwater tank. Sometimes water sloshing around in a near full tank will leak from the vent. I found it necessary to rework the venting by moving the vent line higher on our motorhome. No more leaking problems when moving with high water level in tank.
