Hot Water Tank Maintenance

So I'm not having any issues with my how water tank (that I know of) but I somehow found this youtube video of this guy doing maintenance on one and I thought he did such a thorough job that I would post it here in case anyone might be board and needed to pass some time while learning how to maintain your hot water tank.

It's somewhat long, but covers almost every aspect of the tank.

Disclaimer: I don't know this guy nor do I get any compensation for posting this...unless of course you have a few extra thousands...no, MILLIONS you want to send my way.

Here you go!

I agree, it's an excellent video, regardless of the water heater brand one owns.
The only thing he left out was cleaning/polishing the electrodes of the spark igniter.
