House speakers click and hum

2016 View, house speakers click with the starter when heater comes on, also get a high pitch hum at times, cant quiet isolate what it is, maybe inverter/charger. Will some kind of noise suppression/isolater work in the house sound system. Not my area of expertise, how is something like that installed. Have seen magnet or ferrite core things that clamp around wires. Any info or help, thanks.

I would certainly try installing a choke for the power source for the stereo.

Will check all grounds and install a Pac NF-10 choke as someone recommended. Thanks all.
