I like the big engine and little coach. As Tim the Toolman would say "More Power".

Man,
Great to see the brand carrying on. I love my old gasser '89 Imperial, but recently we've been considering moving up to a '95 diesel Imperial for sale locally. The wife wants more storage (no surprise there) and I'd like a full queen bed! 6'3" on a short queen is comical at times!

Just bought our 2nd HR. A 1999 Endeavor WDS 275 5.9 Cummins w/42000 miles. Last year we had a 1999 Vacationer w/9000 miles.
Had to have the pressure relief valve replaced on our 1 st night. Then developed a leak on a lower coolant pipe. Got that fixed and all is going good now.
Does anyone know the difference between a WDS and a WDS4?

My wife and I are new the the HR world. We traded our Class C for our 2013 Vacationer 36SBT back in Feb. It is the one MH that had the right floor plan and size for us. We have been out twice now and figuring out how everything works.

Just bought a 84 HR Imperial 33, one owner 94K miles. At least I got all the manuals with it. What have I got myself into? No major issues that I have found yet, but a lot of little things my wife insists has to be fixed before using it.

nice looking old Rambler
That's a great looking old Holiday. There's something special about those older Holiday Ramble units that have been well-kept. Just enjoy it. Have you been anywhere with it yet? Wondering how it handles, mileage, or other funky stuff. My sister and her husband have one similar and have not used it for 6 or 7 years. Only 50K on it. Sometimes I think I should buy it and put it back to work. I hate to see it sitting. I have a 92 Holiday Rambler Alumalite 5th wheel. 80's and 90's were great years for quality in Holiday Ramblers. I tow with a vintage truck too..a 96 Ford Powerstroke Diesel. Enjoy !!

Hello, we just picked up our (new to us) 2000 Rambler Vacationer last week. Haven't been any where yet just drove it home about 3 hrs from Wisc.
Adding a few touches of our own and planning a trip in a couple of weeks.

We have a 2004 Neptune, it has been a great coach. Of course, had to change the trailing arms but we worked that into the price.

We are on our 2nd HR first was a 1997 32' vacationer gas ford 460 we bought as a means to transport my ill mother back and forth from NH to FL. put 20,000 miles on it in 1 year with no problems.
We bought a 2003 Neptune Cummins 300HP diesel last year and have put 18,000 miles on it. just got back from a 6,700 mile trip from NH to Grand Canyon via MS, NM, UT and WY. great trip no issues. We got 9.5 MPG overall with a Honda Pilot as a towed. Only problem was a stone chip in the driver windshield 2 days out. Love the short rig with Diesel power.

I just picked up a 1987 33' Imperial with 33k miles. It needs some love but it seems to run and drive like a champ.

How many Holiday Rambler owners out there?
99 Endeavor. 59,000 mi. Easy to work on and always some small thing keeps me busy. It is nice it's paid for. 5.9 cummins plenty of power 10-12 miles per gal. Doesn't break the bank either. I'm located in West Wisconsin and bought it on EBay.
