How to clean sticker gunk and roof drips from windshield
just returned from getting Bounder repaired and dealer left large sticker on windshield that I took off but need to know what to use to get sticker glue off windshield. have diamond shield coating so I am concerned. Also just got some roof drain xtenders but need to clean old dripping gunk from side windows and paint.
What do you use or recommend. Tried Bug b gone that does ok for bugs but it did not work on either

I'm not exactly sure what diamond shield coating consists of, but I've found that Goof Off works very well for all sorts of gunky, goopy, sticky stuff.

I use Goof Off on a lot of stuff, however, if you're worried about doing damage to surfaces, Goo Gone I think is a better product. I've learned not to use Goof Off on anything plastic or vinyl based.
Goo Gone is excellent at removing sticker residue but is much milder on surfaces.
Keep in mind they are not the same product.

Use L A Totally Awesome, available at Dollar Store, to clean the streaks on the sides. If your coach has been waxed or you fell for the Dealer Poly Raz MA Taz coating it will remove that at the same time.
As to the sticker either a little rubbing alcohol or gasoline should dissolve the glue and then clean with the L A Totally Awesome, it won't hurt the Diamond Shield.

I have used lighter fluid and WD-40 to remove sticker from bottles.

Laquer Thinner will remove the glue residue.
I use Dryer sheets to polish off the window streaks. Add a little elbow grease and away they go.

on a windshield, lacquer thinner applied to a rag will remove residue in a millisecond.

best cleaner for all surfaces Denatured Alcohol and cheaper then adhesive and pitch remover and doesn't smell as bad as goof off or as long (IMOP)
I've always used old hair dryer (not to hot) to help release sticker and adhesive and then follow up with DA. I a pinch rubbing alcohol may work but has more water in it. Good luck
