How to RV year-round

I currently have a travel trailer, and it kills me to have to put it away (i.e. winterize) in October and wait till April to use it again. What are my options if I want to switch to something that allows me to RV year round? I'm not envisioning driving through blizzards, but would like to go places in the winter when the roads are clear. Suggestions? How does towing a vehicle affect the equation?

I use my Class C in the winter but I don't use the water system since I don't have a winter tank package . I do use my toilet using RV antifreeze to flush with.

There is nothing stopping you from traveling with your trailer in the winter months other than the temps that freeze your water system up and make everything plastic brittle and subject to breaking prematurely.

If you exercise caution and drive carefully, planning ahead and watching the weather there is nothing stopping you from winter camping if there are places open where you want to go. The other option is to head south and enjoy warmer climates during winter. Some take a mid winter mini vacation and head down for a couple of weeks to a month the return home...with an eye on the weather for safe travels.

You do not say where you live.
If you are a Canadian then you have different rules.
You can only be in the USA for 180 days/year.
When you come home a lot of parks are not open until
May 24 weekend.
Canadian RV parks are usually very expensive for the summer
months so be prepared for high costs.
Travel insurance can also be a big factor as well as health.
