How/where we store the welcome mat

My wife found a large flat pan (for under a cars leaking engine) that fits under the sliding storage tray. So the dirty and/or wet welcome mat doesn't take any space or make a mess when put away in the rain. A little Velcro on the non moving parts of the tray mount secure it when fully in.

Feel free to steal the idea! She found the flat pan at Walmart in the automotive section.

That's a great idea, but at my age I kind of go by the old "KISS" thinking. The last thing I do before leaving the campsite is to throw the mat in the storage bay closest to the entry door on top of whatever else is there. When I get to our destination it's right there on top ready to go to work!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
