Best thing to do is get metal valve STEMS installed, NOT those flexible extensions. Do it once and be done with it - you won't regret it! Does your rig have dual rear wheels? Check out Dually valve kits for Motor-homes, Busses and 6-wheeled chassis - quality product made for your set-up. Otherwise any tire shop that deals with truck tires can install metal valve stems or various length. As for hubcaps, known as wheel simulators, I think those that are held on by a bolt are better. Mine are not, but I use "zip ties" to keep them from flying off. Can't offer a recommendation as to who makes the simulators, though... ST
