Arrow Hurricane Hydronic Heater Problem.

I have a Hurricane Hydronics Heater in my 2002 Country Coach Intrigue. The heater burner lights but only burns for a few seconds then flames out. The panel led "ignition flame out" then comes on. I discussed this problem with a technician at International Thermal Research, manufacturer of this heater and was told that I needed a new fuel pump. I ordered this new fuel pump from them at a cost of $234.00. After installing the new fuel pump and attempting to start the heater, I got the same results as before with the old fuel pump. I need to contact someone who can troubleshoot this heater and determine the problem with it. I live in Mississippi and there are no RV dealers in the Southeast area that I can find who have technicians knowledgeable on this heater. Help

Hi, we are newbies and just purchased a 1998 Country Coach. Unfortunately the manuals for for the furnace are missing. We are the 3rd owner. The furnace does not
work. I don't even know the brand. Would any of you readers know? It is an Intrigue.
Thanks for any info.

On top of the unit there is a fuel filter. Is it opaque so you can see the fuel in it? If so, open the bleeder valve 1 1/2 turns and start the heater. Leave the valve open and see if you can see the fuel pulsating in the filter which it should do. Let it run a bit and then close the bleeder valve.

Also, when was the last time you changed the nozzle?
